一、給鹽水機(jī)組做無負(fù)荷試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的目的

鹽水機(jī)組的緊縮機(jī)無負(fù)荷試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是不帶閥的試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，其目的是使互相運(yùn)動(dòng)的零件跑合，檢驗(yàn)油泵能否上油正常，卸載安裝動(dòng)作能否靈敏精確，輸油管路能否通暢，肯定有無不正常的部分發(fā)熱和不正常聲響。

二、給鹽水機(jī)組做無負(fù)荷試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的要求及步驟

1、啟動(dòng)鹽水機(jī)組的緊縮機(jī)并運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)10min后停機(jī)檢查各摩擦部位的光滑油和溫升狀況，確認(rèn)一切正常后在連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)1H；
1, start the brine unit compressor and running 10min check the friction parts of the smooth oil and temperature rise condition, confirm all normal after continuous operation 1H;
2、各摩擦部位的溫升不應(yīng)超越30℃，軸承最高溫度不應(yīng)超越70℃；
2, the friction temperature rise should not exceed 30 degrees, bearing maximum temperature should not exceed 70 degrees c;
3、光滑油壓力及溫度應(yīng)負(fù)荷設(shè)備技術(shù)文件的規(guī)則；
3, smooth oil pressure and temperature load equipment technical documents rules;
4、軸承處不應(yīng)有油的滴漏；
4, the bearing should not leak oil;
5、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中各運(yùn)動(dòng)部件應(yīng)無異常聲響，緊固件應(yīng)無松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。
