監(jiān)理工程師在設備試運行進程的質量操控主要是監(jiān)督設備單位按規(guī)定的進程和內容進行試運行。

1．設備試運行的進程及內容
1 equipment commissioning process and content
通常中小型單體設備如機械加工設備，可只進行單機試車后即可交付出產。對雜亂的，大型的機組、出產工作線等，特別是化工、石油、冶金、化纖、電力等連續(xù)出產的公司，有必要進行單機、聯(lián)動、投料等試車期間。

試運行通?？煞譃轭A備工作、單機試車、聯(lián)動試車、投料試車和試出產四個期間來進行。前一期間是后一期間試車的預備，后一期間的試車有必要在前一期間完成后才干進行。

大型項目設備試運行的順序，要根據醫(yī)藥化工設備安裝的情況而定，但通常是共用工程的各個項目先試車，然后再對商品出產體系的各個設備進行試車。試運行中，應堅持下述的進程：(1)先無負荷到負荷。(2)由部件到組件，由組件到單機，由單機到機組。(3)分體系進行，先主動體系后從動體系。(4)先低速逐級增至高速。(5)先手控、后遙控工作，最終進行自控工作。

2．設備試運行進程的質量操控

監(jiān)理工程師應參加試運行的全進程，催促設備單位做好各種查看及記錄，如：傳動體系、電氣體系、光滑、液壓、氣動體系的運行狀況，試車中如出現異常，應立即進行剖析并指令設備單位采取相應措施。
The Engineer shall participate in the whole process of the trial run, to do all kinds of view and recording equipment, such as: the operation condition of transmission system, electrical system, smooth, hydraulic and pneumatic system, such as abnormal test, should immediately analyze and command equipment unit to take corresponding measures.
